What are the different training products available at PeerCompliance?
An interactive training session conducted in web platforms. A webinar can be 60-90 minute long. The speaker/presenter shares his screen and voice with the registered participants. A participant can ask live questions through audio or chat window to the speaker during the session during Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
This is also an interactive training session conducted through a conference line where attendees will be able to listen to the speaker. However, they cannot see the screen of the speaker. But, they can run the slides manually to understand what the speaker is presenting. The PPT is provided to the attendee in advance. These sessions are typically 60-90 minute long. The participants are allowed to ask questions to the speaker during Q&A time.

You are allowed to ask live questions (audio or chat) to the speaker during the Q&A session when moderator opens it for Q&A immediately after the speaker ends his/her presentation. Participants can also e-mail their question(s) directly to the speaker.
You need a regular telephone/mobile, computer/laptop/i-pad, and a good internet connection. You will be provided with the dial-in details to hear the audio and the webinar link to see the presenter’s screen. This will give you the real time experience.
Our training sessions are also available in other formats such as On-demand/Replay, DVD recordings, PDF TranscriptS, and MP4/digital download. You can choose any format if you are unable to attend live webinars.
48 Hours prior to the Webinar time, the following information would be sent to your registered email address:
Dial-In instructions - To get the audio part of the Webinar. You need to use your phone to get the audio.
Go-to-Webinar Link - To see the presenter’s screen. You need to use the link in your computer system/tablet to see the presenter’s screen.
Download Link & Password for the webinar handouts & related material from the Webinar page at www.peercompliance.com.
Make sure you start checking your spam/junk folder as well 48 hours( Only for Live webinar, the details for the On-Demand will be shared on the webinar date only) prior to the webinar start time

It generally takes 2-3 weeks for DVD to be delivered after the live program is conducted. However, in case of DVD you may ask for the expedited delivery at additional charges of $30. If you are not based in US or Canada, you need to pay $49 extra towards shipping charges applicable outside North America.
PDF Transcript will be mailed to you in the PDF format in 2-3 weeks after the Live Webinar is conducted.
DVD/Transcript is a copyrighted material which is only available for personal use by the customer. You need to buy institutional rights to use the training material at an organizational level.
